Accessibility

Last updated 13 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to read, listen and sign up here, whatever they use to do it. This page says what is in place, what is not yet, and how to tell us when something is in the way.

What we aim for

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA. That is the standard most sites are measured against and it is the one we measure ourselves against.

What is in place

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and there is a skip link to the main content.
  • Every image that carries meaning has a text description. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animation stops when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Text and background colours are checked for contrast.
  • The page works at phone width and at 200 percent zoom without sideways scrolling.

What is not yet

  • Episode transcripts. Every episode will have one. Until the first is published, none exist.
  • Captions on video. Same promise, same timing.
  • A full audit by someone who uses assistive technology every day. We have not had one. If that is you and you would do it, write to us.

Tell us

If something here does not work for you, email hello@rebelheartsociety.com with the page and what happened. We will answer within five working days and fix what we can.
